Nanny Qualifications
& Expectations
We’re looking for nurturing, reliable caregivers who are ready to make a meaningful impact in a child’s life. Ideal candidates will meet the following qualifications:

Hold a valid driver’s license or state ID

Maintain a clean driving record

Be able to pass a professional background check
-
CPR certified (or willing to obtain certification before placement)

Commit to at least one year with a family

Provide at least two professional references and one personal reference
Bonus experience (not required, but highly valued):

Early childhood education background
-
Experience supporting neurodivergent children
As part of the Heart Centered Nannies Team, you'll have opportunities for mentorship, training, and growth -- because supporting our nannies is just as important as supporting the families they serve.
