Our fees reflect the expertise, time, and care involved in this deeply personal process.
Registration Fee - $250
A nonrefundable registration fee is required to begin your search.
This fee allows us to:
• Conduct an indepth review of your family’s needs
• Begin sourcing and vetting qualified candidates
• Provide personalized matching and consultation
• Initiate your dedicated placement process
Part-Time Placement
$4,000
For families seeking care under 30 hours per week.

* The placement fee is due once you have selected your nanny and accepted an offer of employment.
Replacement Guarantee
We are committed to successful, lasting placements.
If your nanny leaves or the placement ends within the first six months, Heart Centered Nannies will conduct one complimentary replacement search at no additional placement fee.
This allows your family to move forward with confidence and peace of mind.

Flexible Payment Options
We understand that hiring a nanny is an important investment in your family.
For your convenience, placement fees may be paid in two installments:
• 50% due at offer acceptance
• 50% due on the nanny’s first day of employment
